Before applying letters ensure that the surface is free from dust or dirt. Apply a scrap piece of vinyl to the surface to help you align characters more easily. If the surface is uneven a gentle heat from an Hair Dryer will help to mould the vinyl to the contour.

When happy with the position of characters apply a light pressure with the fingers. The vinyl is waterproof but can be coated with a sealer or varnish if required.
